About CP Nix
Paul D. Nixon and Clarise Nixon are siblings who are both lifelong educators. They have dedicated their careers to helping students develop and maintain a love for education and growth in their lives, and not just in the classroom. As business partners, they bring their sense of humor, intelligence, creativity, complementarity and collaborative spirit to the table in a unique way that promotes continual learning and development. Together, Paul and Clarise have written articles, books, worked on podcasts, and produced a YouTube channel on a variety of topics including: Emotional Intelligence; Cultural Intelligence; Critical Thinking; racial reconciliation; and academic success on all levels. The essence of their work as educational consultants is making complex information simple and accessible to everyone. Their God is a Person book series is written to help regular people develop and strengthen a personal relationship with God.

Paul D. Nixon BIO
Paul D. Nixon is the founder and CEO of Virtual VP, Inc., an education consulting company that supports teachers and administrators as they do the invaluable work of educating the next generation. As an educator, Paul has worked on the secondary and higher education levels for nearly 20 years as a teacher, an instructional coach, and an administrator. Paul also works in entertainment as a writer, producer, and director of film, television, and stage plays through his company EGOT Entertainment. Paul and his wife Taina have a young son, Theodore.

Clarise Nixon BIO
Clarise Nixon has worked as an English professor in higher education for over 10 years. She studied at Oakwood University for her bachelor's degree in English/Professional Writing and at Belmont University for her master's degree in English, and is certified in Cultural Intelligence (2018) and Emotional Intelligence (2021). She strives to make clear the natural connection between spiritual intelligence, critical thinking, emotional intelligence and cultural intelligence.
